Admission procedure

The application form for admission is available from the office during office hours. Admission form can also be downloaded from the college website However the cost of downloaded form is to be paid at the time of admission. Incomplete application forms may be summarily rejected.

While submitting the application form, the following documents should be enclosed.

  1. Two passport size and one stamp size copies of applicant’s recent photograph.
  2. Three photocopies of Mark sheet(s), Provisional certificate(s) and admit cards of all examinations passed (Original Certificate, mark sheet, Admit Card should be produced when demanded).
  3. OBC/ST/SC Certificates should be enclosed in case of OBC/ST/SC students.
  4. Migration certificate in original (in the case of students from other Board/ University).
  5. One copy of passport size photograph of the father/mother/guardian duly attested by a Gazetted officer.
  6. Transferred certificate for students transferred from other Board/ University.


(i) The selected candidates will be issued Bank Challan and they have to deposit the fees at the Manipur State Co-operative Bank, Thoubal Branch on or before the prescribed last date. After depositing the fee to the Bank a copy of the Challan should be immediately produced to the college and get a receipt from the cashier.

(ii) Admission of a student may be cancelled at any time, if any documents, information furnished by the candidate is found to be incorrect, forged or faked one and the fees deposited at the time of admission will be forfeited.
